I began my medical career as a certified nursing assistant in the ICU before transitioning to the emergency department as a nurse. I then started my journey into functional medicine, where I began exploring alternative modalities and learning about finding the root causes of illnesses to promote healing. While pursuing my Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Arizona, I discovered my true passion for integrative medicine. This approach allows me to delve deeper into identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues rather than just treating symptoms.\nTo better serve my patients, I have pursued additional training in hormone replacement therapy, ozone therapy, Prolozone therapy, nutrition, frequency-specific microcurrent, and more.
